I know that some of you already know about one of my beads but figured id fill you all in! A few weeks ago i realized that my stone from my dangly November Birthstone ring [got it for my kids, both are november bdays] was missing!! I was stressing out cause my husband had bought it for me for xmas, and i know he wouldn't have the receipt!! Well one of my friends informed me that pandora stands by their products, and would swap it out for me! So last week when i went in to buy a new bead for my bday, i told the girl that was helping me about my broken bead! She barley even said anything, it was such a easy process, she said yep, ill switch that out for you, no problem! Never looked up any info or anything!!! She also asked if i wanted my bracelet cleaned -- she could throw it in the tumbler real quick, so i said go for it!!
