Cranial Cap for Migraines

Ive been getting severe migraines 1-2x a year for the past 3 years,  but my Nuero won't give me any meds other than a sleep aid untill i start having them weekly! So I was just wondering who has ever used one of these and if you liked it or know of another brand/company that carries them? Ice seems to be the only thing that helps me but putting 1 or 2 big bulky ice packs on top and behind my head is really annoying and impossible to relax or sleep with!! HELP!
