Pandora

I know that some of you already know about one of my beads but figured id fill you all in!

A few weeks ago i realized that my stone from my dangly November Birthstone ring [got it for my kids, both are november bdays] was missing!! I was stressing out cause my husband had bought it for me for xmas, and i know he wouldn't have the receipt!! Well one of my friends informed me that pandora stands by their products, and would swap it out for me! So last week when i went in to buy a new bead for my bday, i told the girl that was helping me about my broken bead! She barley even said anything, it was such a easy process, she said yep, ill switch that out for you, no problem! Never looked up any info or anything!!! She also asked if i wanted my bracelet cleaned -- she could throw it in the tumbler real quick, so i said go for it!! When we came back 10 minutes later to pick it up, the girl we were dealing with was with other customers, so a guy went in back and got my bracelet for me... i didn't realize that she had taken my mother of pearl bead off due to the fact that it would mess up the enamel on the bead. So when he gave me my bracelet he had no idea any beads had been taken off. So i took my bracelet and went on with my day! 

So yesterday i was looking at my bracelet and realized that once again my November bead was again broken!!! It was only less than a week!!! So once again went in and got it replaced. Luckily the same girl was there cause soon as we walked in she was like "OMG, im so glad your back!!! I had taken your mother of pearl bead off when i put the bracelet in the tumbler, and he had no clue when he gave it back to you!!!!" So yeah wow, i definitely didn't realize it was even missing. The other thing i noticed before going in today was that my valentines day bead [has red enamel hearts] was messed up, the hearts looked soft and melted! The sales girl said she forgot to take that one off so thats why it looked like that, so she switched that one for me too! So glad for companies that stand up for their products!!! So instead of getting another November stone to have break in a few days, i decided to get my Grammas birth stone instead, seeing as she wont be with us much longer <3
