I don't usually got to two grocery stores, but I decided to today seeing as we needed a ton of stuff! So I did BigY and Stop and Shop. Lots of BOGO and BOG2 Items this week!!  My mom had gotten a $5 off any turkey @ BigY coupon last week and gave it to me. So i got a $12 Turkey [decent size for a family of 3.5!] We'll have it after TG sometime once we come out of our Turkey coma from my parents house! haha. I also had a coupon for spend $40 get a gold coin, plus we won two silvers! I also had a $10/50 coupon from Recycle bank! Total before savings = $178.54 My Total OOP was $86.xx  Saved 55% and got another coupon for spend $40 get a Gold Coin.

I'm not going to list everything but here's what I got and my totals!! Stop and Shop: I did the buy $10 Participating Items get a $10 CAT for your next purchase. Well as usual the CAT didnt print! But the CS people are always awesome, they are always uhgg uhgg these promotions never work!!!! So anyway instead of making me RE-DO the deal they just gave me $10 cash!!! Hey works for me!!! This week [till today] Big-Y has Crush Soda on sale BOG2 $1.59 ea i used 2 BOGO coupons and got 6 for free! Dont ask me to figure out the math cause this stuff confuses me haha. Today is our grocery day... ay ay ay! We dropped K off @ her last day of her first year of pre school then went to the gym [that killed me]. We then went to Big-Y and got some of the BOGO & BOG2 deals going on this week and used my 3 double Q's that they had in their flier this week. I cant even think of my deals rite now -- my brain is fried! We then went to DD to get our FREE Donuts w/our coffees! mmm! Then to S&S. Got 4 boxes of Huggies Wipes 2/$5 and used two $2 Q's. Also go 10 beech nut baby foods 10/$5 used $1.00 Q. I had a FREE sense and spray Q & a FREE Oscar Mayer Q from a mailer... i did self check out so the supervisor had to come do those Q's for me. She asked me how much they were, i told her 8.xx and i wasnt sure about the hotdogs, she said Okay and put in $10.50 and $4.50! woohoo scoreee! Next we went to Once Upon a Child to bring some of Brae's clothes and our bassenette... we got $55!!! Target was next and finaly on the list... We Got: 2 Deg...

So we needed a few things yesterday so i decided to go to Big-Y...i only go there when they have BOGO sales cause they tend to be alot higher in price than S&S & Shaws! Back this summer when they had a BOGO Herbal Essence Shampoo i tried out using 2 coupons on two bottles and it worked so i ended up getting them 2/$1! and i did it a few more times during that sale and it always worked even one cashier was like WOW what a great deal! So im not worried im frauding them if the coupon wasnt supposed to work it would beep and if it didnt beep and was supposed to oh well not my prob! So anyway my reason for this blog... Endust was BOGO [$2.99] i had 2 $2.00 off coupons so that would make my them 2/.99! So course we get grumpy ol' bitch cashier. She rings all our other stuff to then does the coins we had and the coupons...she hands Dave back one of the $2.00 coupons i just looked at her and said "i bought 2 cans" she says yea but you can only use one coupon per transacti...

Okay so Tuesday afternoon i get a reminder call from my OB office reminding me that i had a ultrasound appointment for Thursday, so i said okay and hung up. Well today the office calls and tells me i missed my appointments!!! i was like i did? i thought my apt was for Thursday [thats what the girl said!] but apparently the girl told me the rite date but wrong day of the week, grrrr!! So of course i rescheduled, but i figured they wouldn't be able to get me in till sometime next year! Buttttt she had a opening on Friday @ 4:45! phew! uhg im such a dumbass...i need to start writing shit down!!! Lets see today in the mail i got Parents Mag. which had two 20% off coupons for Gymboree!! I've never shopped there, so i was j/w what your thoughts are? good, bad? Worth using my coupons? Also i got a free sample of playtex personal cleansing cloths...i think Daves getting weirded out by the shit thats come in the mail the past 2 days haha=) But hell i like to try things before i go spend...

Friday: So we've really been limiting our selves to eating out...1. either of us need to be eating shit and 2. it helps save money! But Friday Dave worked 12 hours, it was hot out & we didn't feel like cooking, so i took out my handy dandy big-y coins and took a look @ what we could eat for "cheap" w/a Red Coin! We got a $16.00 family fish meal for $12something...it fed us all!! now if we went out to a seafood restaurant we'd prob. spend at least $30! Also @ Big-Y i used another $3.00 off 2 bottles of Herbal Essense coupon, once again getting 2 bottles for $1.63!!! Saturday: Thanks to Cort [our friend who works @ Big-Y] she informed us that someone goofed printing the COIN pamphlet for the month/s. Red coin said FREE wrap, but apparently thats not what they were supposed to be!! Soo on our way home Saturday we figured we'd stop and get some wraps!! We only had one coin, so only one would be free, but w/a silver coin which i have a collection of you could g...

Today we did our weekly shopping. We went to Big-Y cause they have some stuff that was BOGO and BOG2 [blueberrys, strawberrys etc.]. I also had a $10 off $50 or more coupon. We saved $15.75 w/coupons & all together we saved $71.81 [actually shoulda been 72.18 cause we forgot to give the girl a coupon, so i'll bring my receipt in tomorrow and get my dollar back]. Our total bill was $80.70 [again should have been $79.70] My best deal was... Herbal Essence shampoo and conditioners are BOGO @ $4.63 ea., i had a coupon for $3.00 off 2 bottles of HE, so i figured id try and see if they'd take the coupon...and they did!!! So i got 2 bottles of almost $5 shampoo for $1.63!!! So when i go to get my $1 back tomorrow im putting it towards 2 more bottles cause my mom gave me her coupon!! I was a very happy!! Another SEMI deal i got was @ toys r us. I wanted a body pillow cause i cant get comfy @ night since my belly has taken over. i looked online this AM and they had them for $59.99 u...

Abby got mail today! She got a free pack of Pup-Peroni RIBS & a dollar coupon!! I also got a FREE signature collection 2oz body lotion! Along with a card for 20% off my purchase!!! Last mail item for the day was a $10 off $50 or more coupon for BIG-Y [one or our grocery stores] in our value pack!!
