Forgot to post this last week! My sisters boyfriends sister was driving around our town and found this little cutie!!! My sister knew we just lost out previous cat [she was sick] so she called and said we HADDD to come take a look at her! Well of course we couldn't pass her up! Her name is Mazie and we gave her to our daughter as her Pre School graduation present [just a coincidence it was the next day]. She picked out the name from the character in Marmaduke. We took her to the vet 2 days later just to make sure everything was okay -- and it was. She weighed 1.11lbs and the vet believes shes 8 weeks old, and its a long haired BUFF possibly tabby cat [w/e that means haha]. So far shes a great kitty and a love bug!! I cant believe people can just dump these little guys off to fend for themselves! Glad we have her!!!

I never really shop @ Micheal's unless I need something small...im not very crafty so no need for me to shop there a lot!! But whenever i DO need to go there i always use a in ad coupon!! The other day we bought some wooden frames for Kait to paint and write on for her teachers [putting pictures of her and each teacher in the frame]. So while i was working Saturday Dave took the kids to Old Navy to exchange a pair of Kaits jeans i had got the night before and he picked up a few more things for the kids!!! I think he did pretty good considering! He spent $23.50 [after the $5/$25 coupon]. He saved $53.00! Regular prices totaled $76.50! Just thought id post this for him --- he was proud of himself...although im sure it was prob. Kait telling him what sizes etc to buy ;-) haha

I don’t care who you are, the economy has hit you one way or another! This doesn’t mean you have to be dirt poor to use a coupon or partake in a deal! There are some pretty wealthy people that coupon as well! When I was younger and would go grocery shopping with my mom and she would whip out her coupons at the register and you better believe I was heading for the hills!!! I was so embarrassed! But now I can thank my mom for this addiction she has caused! I started couponing June 29, 2008 so almost 2 years ago!!! I started when I found out I was pregnant with out second child! I figured the bigger jump I got on diapers and wipes the better off id be, and boy was I right!!! I also never realized till then that there was a formula to figure out if you were getting a good diaper/wipe deal! The formula is: X-amount of diapers or wipes divided by the price you paid after coupons, Extra Care Bucks [CVS], Register Rewards [Walgreens], Single Check Rebates [Rite Aid]! I don’t like paying more...

Today at RA I got a pack of Huggies Diapers - on sale for $8.99, i used $1 SCR that i had from a few months ago and a $3 Huggie MG Total = $4.99 and will get a $2 SCR for buying them!! So technically $2.99 for diapers!! .11 per diaper isnt too bad! Although ive gotten them for .5-.7 cents!! But a deal is a deal!!!!
