SO my husband was going through the news paper today, and found a add for Hunts Camera [if you didn't know I'm a photographer]. He pointed out this great lens to me for a not so great price, but it was a lens I was trying to find last year but they didn't have anything like it for my camera at the time. Sooo I quickly thought of all possibilities of me getting this lens. I really wanted 1 lens that I wouldn't have to change 100x during a wedding, or a photoshoot, but that WAS my only option...till today!! The other thing was that the sale didn't start till next weekend, and I have a wedding next weekend, so Id be missing out on this great deal! Well my husband called Hunts and spoke to someone who told us they would honor next weeks sale price today, but because it had two rebates they could only give us one today, and the other they would send out when the sale started! Today we had to kill some time while I was waiting for my camera to get cleaned so we ran to a Target that was near by just to poke around. I wasn't planning on buying anything, but knowing I had a $10 GC burning a hole in my wallet I knew not buying anything would never happen!! A few weeks ago my Husband and I were approached with a business franchise opportunity from a member of our family. From the little information we had, it sounded like a great idea -- It was to help people save money on their electric bills. Well my Husband finally called the number of the man he was told to call, and spoke with him for about a half hour. I had gone over a few questions with my Husband on what questions he should ask. Every time he asked a question the man would just say "come to the meeting at my house" "you can ask the guy that will be speaking at my house tonight" etc etc. None of the real important questions were answered: 1) Whats the name of this company? 2) Any catches? 3) Anything we have to pay? So he went to the meeting at this guys house. The family member that told us about this business went with my husband to find out more for their self too. Well I walked out with a bunch of shorts and shirts for my little guy! 4 Pairs of Athletic Shorts [mesh] 6 Shirts [including the one he has one -- he wouldn't take it off so i could take a picture so i had to improvise! haha] My Mom Rocks w/Guitars on front and back Tough like Dad w/a tow truck Baseball Short Stop in training Homerun Hitter w/32 in the back Radical Nautical w/a anchor [we always buy anything with RAD in it for our last name] OOP I spent: $68.00 Total before savings: $160.00! So while xmas shopping back in December @ Kohls I happened to see this Ottoman... My daughter and I both at the same time said "ohh that would look good in the living room!". So I looked at the price and it was $399.99!! So I decided I didn't need it THAT bad! So today we ran into Kohls to kill time before a appointment and saw the same Ottoman cept the leg was scratched and it had a clearance sticker on it... I was going to get that one cause i figured the kids will beat it up eventually anyway and i can fix the wooden leg up to make it look perfect. So we asked if we could have it brought up front and the manager says "Oh let me get you on in a box!" I was like yeah but i dont want to pay $400 for it! He said no they are all on sale!! SWEEET! So the Ottoman ended up being $119.99!!! I was sooo excited!!!   While I was waiting for the manager i looked over at the clearance for my daughter... I found her a $100 winter jacket for next year for $30! Have i EVE...

Another Idea from Pinterest!  Ive seen it done many different ways. I mainly just used the same questions!

We need to get some more stuff to paint but this is what we did so far! Next I'm going to paint the bottoms of my older wine glasses for when people come over -- they can write their names on the bottom with Chalk :) Old platter i don't use... can write what the drink of the day/night is and put the glasses on it -- a serving tray! Painted! They didn't have Black so we went with a Greyish -- its pretty dark now! Painting her glass container for her Crayons

The kids loved doing this!! Sharpies! Any color will do... but only use dark colors if you want dark tie dye  [the first marker is maroon not red] Rubbing Alcohol -- the lower the percentage the better it will turn out! Also you'll need some sort of dropper.   Next you'll need a cup and a rubber band or hair tie. Put the band around the shirt and the cup.  Next make some designs -- doesn't have to be anything special as you can see from my 3 y/o!   Next drop alcohol onto the colors... should start to look like this!     Close up of my sons shirt  Finished Product!!   My daughters finished shirt!

The kids needed something to do tonight so we picked some stuff out on Pinterest to do! This was our first thing!  Spread PB on the rolls then add Choc Chips -- roll from the long part. All rolled up!   Ready to go in the oven! Heat at 375 for as long as the crescent roll package says  All Done!! Delish!!
