I got a buzzagent package today! yayy! it was for glade. it came with a bunch of $4.00 coupons too! i love the smell so far=) is anyone else doing it? just wanted to know how long i should wait to write in? i also got a sample of astroglide woohoo! haha and a 10% off coupon for Pepboys -- im sure Dave will find use for that!

Well everything worked today [from previous blog]. I got some extras too and got to use my $3.00 off $30 coupon. Heres what i got: 7 Boxes of Barilli Pasta =FREE 6 Boxes of DH Brownie Mix = $2.00 1lb LOL Cheese = $3.90 1 Container of Granola=$4.99 [it looked good - i was starving & makes a good snack!] 1 Pck Sargento Motz Cheese =.50! 3 Hershey Bars $3.00 2 Bags of Pizza Dough to make Calzones this week = $1.89 ea 2 Bags of S&S salad [it poped up on the scanners BOGO] $2.50 Total before savings $ 30.89 Total OOP $ 12.89 SAVED $ 30.89 haha thats weird seeing as that was my orig. total! **We now have 567 GAS POINTS soo we will fill up for CHEAP on our way to Maine on Friday! yay!

Today Dave went to the store and got the usual Boston Globe and Sunday Republican. Got those all cut and organized then headed to my parents house. I was sorting my expired coupons when my mom throws this stack of inserts on top of me! She had 2 Smart Sources and 5...YES 5! Red Plums! Last Sunday the paper boy didnt give her ANY inserts so i told her maybe he was making up for last week!? haha. So i get to keep them all considering my mom isnt as much of a coupon-a-holic as me! I dont plan on cutting all those tho -- id go nuts! So i made a booklet out of them and stapled them all together so that when i need a coupon i can go into the booklet and cut all of the same coupon at once and save me some time!! Also my wonderful mother gave me her Big-Y double coupons! I already used mine when we did our grocery shopping. I used them at Stop and Shop tho and got some pretty good deals! Tomorrow i plan to go back to S&S and use some of the doubles she gave me...this is what my trip SHOULD...

Wow its Tuesday and im JUST going to CVS today? ahh whats come over me!? My trip/s went like this: Playtex Sport - $8.49 $1.00 Manf Q [came in a box i already had] - used a gift card and got $2 ECBs [Next CVS] The new SCHICK Quatro Razor - $8.99 used a $1.00 Q & got $3ECBs Dave used my $2 & $3 ECBs from the previous transactions to get the intuition. He handed the old bitty the 2 different ECB slips and a Manf. Q. She looks at us and says "I can only let you use this coupon [the Manf] & this one [The ECB], but you cant use this third one"...i was like huh? since when? she said the system wont let me scan more than that. WOW this was the first time ive ever had that one pulled on me! So im just looking at her like ARE YOU SHITTIN ME? So asks the manager to come over to "PROVE ME WRONG" and the manager says "it should go through...try it!" so SURPRISE! It worked! I kept syaing to her ITS LIKE MONEY & i always use more than one! Im not a HUGE fan of Big-Y BUTTTTT tonight Dave got a $25 gift card at work for a good write up!!! Yay! I need some last minute stuff for our party on Saturday so this will DEFINITELY come in handy!!! My bargain of the day: We went to IParty today thinking St.Pats stuff would be marked down at least to 25% off! Well that was a joke! NOTHING was marked down except Napkins! So when things arent on sale i leave! Well i was telling my mom tonight about this blow up beer mug that was a "beer" cooler that we liked but decided against cause it was $13.99. She said she knew what i was talking about cause she saw it at Stop and Shop yesterday and was marked down to 25% off! So i was pshyed! WELL when we got to the bin that she saw them in we noticed the sign...75% OFF!!! and the Orig. price was $7.99! It rang up $3.99! I was so excited! DONE DONE DONE!!! Credit Cards and Credit Lines are G-O-N-E!!! We did our ROTH IRA today as well, we put 2k in a 1 year IRA only cause the lady said the rates would be getting better by the end of the year so not wise to lock our selves into a 60 month rite now. We also found out were getting $5,600 back from Federal and $4xx from State!! Wooohooo! Im going to be SO careful with this money! Last year we went through it like water! But we DID have to buy alot of baby stuff for Brae cause we got rid of a lot after Kait. Also we're getting our Electric Fence fixed in the next day or two -- the town ripped it out of the ground while plowing this winter! Uhg so we have to pay for it and the town will reimburse us [thank god!]. Oh and my bargain for today: I got a can of Enfamil ProSobee for $1.00!! My mom gets it for me @ her pharmacy for cost and then she uses her 20% employee discount so it comes to $8.00 a can. Well i just so happend to get a $7 coupon in the mail yesterday!!! DO T...

Tomorrow we will go pay off all our debit! So excited!! $1881.53 to DELL [they screwed us with a warranty having to do with a digi camera a few years ago uhgg dont ask!] $1734.64 CC with our Credit Union $2696.45 Bank of America $785.29 Water Bill from the past year and 1st quarter of this year. Total = $ 7411.16 Leaving us with $3,xxx that we're putting in a 60 month Roth IRA Ohh man it will feel SOOO nice! ...and my boss does taxes -- she did them today! I have to call her in the AM, she said we're getting a good sized refund! Woooohooo!

What a nice day it was today!!! It was in the 50's and so sunny out! It made me feel good! We cleaned a bunch today and we're not even near done! We cracked the windows and aired out the joint! I decided i needed a Mr.Clean Magic Eraser to clean the finger printed, crayoned, dirty walls -- i got a sample in the mail today so i tried it on the walls and it worked great, so Kait and I headed to CVS! Ohhh and i had a coupon i didnt know i had for .50! We also needed Cat food & i had a $5 coupon. 2 pack Mr.Clean was $2.50 IAMS Cat Food $11.49 Used .50 Q & $2.5x Q as well as 2 ECBs. I used 2 Gift Cards i had which covered the difference! so $0.00 oop!

Dave took me out to dinner Friday night cause he has to work on my Birthday [which is in a few minutes!] We went to Chili's. Mmmm it was good=) We got out of it VERY cheap! I had a coupon for FREE Queso and Tortillas [$5.49] Then i had 2 $5 Chilis bucks from a shitty meal we had last year [ive been waiting for the prefect time to use em]. Look @ our receipts and see how good we did!!! Dave was like WOW you are smart! haha even after the tip the total was still lower than the original total! (click to make bigger)

After Christmas this year I scored a Home Essentials Mixer [like the as seen on t.v. BULLET]. I figured i could use it for baby food when the time came. Well the time has come! Dont get me wrong i still buy baby food, but i thought id give this a try! It was so easy!! I used bagged baby carrots and steam fresh peas. I just had to add some water till it was the consistency i felt was good for him! We also picked up some small glade containers to put the food in. Half a bag of each made what you see in the pictures!! Ohh and HE LOVED IT!

haha yea thats what my 4 y/o calls it! but anyway i got this recipe from Lindsay @ Frugal and Fabulous . I will definitly be adding this to this weeks meal plan!!! My mom swear shes made me speg. pie before but ever it really sucked thats why i dont remember or she really never made it for me before haha

It seems that everytime there's a FREE deal @ Wags my total doesn't come up so free! A few weeks ago when they had the BOGO Hershey bar sale, i had the BOGO store coupon and i think it was a manf. Q that was BOGO as well so that would make it free. Well the cashier said people had been trying the same thing and it wont work cause it would be free...well duh it would be free thats why everyone wants to do it! So whatever i went to CVS and got the same deal and for FREE so Wags loss! Today my husband ran into WAGS for me. I had 3 $2.00 Qs and the .99 Q from the easy saver which would all three FREE. Well the total came to $1.xx. The cashier told him that the total has to be X amount of dollars cause it can ring up FREE! uhgg so how is it that all you get free things?! is it JUST my Wags? Even when i tried to use a $2 RR on a $2.00 item they wouldnt let me use it cause it would make it free! i never have a prob w/free things @ RA and CVS!

Is it me or am i the only one that gets extremely overwhelmed the moment i walk in the store?! Okay maybe its not that bad, but heres my deal... Ill read blog after blog after blog looking for the best deals for different stores [CVS, Wags, Rite Aid, Target, Stop and Shop & Shaws], ill plan out my trip, sometimes ill just go with my stack of coupons and other times ill make a list. Well the moment i walk in the door i start getting overwhelmed! I cant think straight and i cant figure out what the hell the deal was i was trying to get! I think i just get so excited over the deals my brain just shits out on me! hahah Okay i need to stop with these rants before no one reads my blog anymore haha:-)

uhgg I HATE going to our CVS in town during the day time! There is this old lady [she looks like she smokes 12 packs of cigs a day and lays in the sun every single day -- oh and she sounds like a man] she seriously HATES me/us! Well i guess she has the rite too...we did complain about her to CC! She gave us such a hard time and wouldnt let us do a legit transation...theres more to it but i dont want to type it all [needless to say she was 100% wrong]. So since then she makes it a point to make atlaest one comment about something during each transation! Today i did the candy deal [for K's easter basket] - Spend $15 get 3 ECBs. Well i thought i got all the right things for the amount of coupons i had [used 3 $1/2 Qs]. She got to the third coupon and it beeped. She then says "I CAN TELL YOU RITE NOW THIS ISNT GOING TO WORK!" i just said Okay thats fine. I always feel like they think im trying to pull one over on them! But the reason it didnt work was cause i grabbed one wron...

I went to wags Sunday AM but forgot to post! Got the BOGO Coffee Mate Creamer theres a $1.50 coupon HERE , you can print it 2x. Use 2 coupons on the BOGO sale and get them FREE! The Johnsons trial size lotions are .99, but free after $1.00 Q from 3/1 with .01 overage. I also had a $2 RR. My total Oop was $3.xx [which was the price of the milk]. Im going back tomorrow for some other stuff. Hopefully ill remember to post!

Well thanks to Lindsay @ Frugal and Fabulous i got to use my $15 ECBs that were burning a major hole in my wallet! I didnt think to use Nestles Ice Cream as part of the Nestles deal @ CVS this past week [yea this deal is dead @ midnight]. I bought 5 boxes of DIBs [wanted drumsticks too] cause thats all they had left! They were 2/$6. I used my $15 ECBs making it $0 oop for me and gained $7 ECBs for the nestle deal!! The cashier guy called me a " Smart Consumer " lol. I saved $22.45!

I THINK that im going to start posting my meal plans on here... No not cause everyone else is doing it, but cause It will help me keep track! I made a meal plan last week and ive lost it already -- least i cant loose my laptop [well i hope not!]! Let me see if i can remember what ive planned since last Friday! *Sales were from last week...sorry* Friday - Roaster Chicken & Cole Slaw * Chicken was $6.99 @ Shaws and you got a Free Slaw! Saturday - Chicken Pot Pie * $3.99 @ Shaws Sunday - cant remember Monday - Stir fry Tuesday - cant remember [wow i suck!] Wednesday - Tacos Thursday - We made Vegetable Soup! Mmm! Thats what we've had so far! For lunch we usually do sandwiches -- cheese and bbq deli chicken or w/e we have. So you think this is a good idea?

Rite Aid has Mentos Gum on sale [Temporary price cut] for .99 With the $1.00 coupon from last Sunday they will be FREE! I got 6 Free today=) Uhg and i tried a different Rite Aid for more Huggie Wipes and this store wouldn't take my IP's! uhggg. I always feel like saying "just scan the damn coupon! if it goes through great! If not then OHHH WELL!"

Today was Daves day off, we had nothing to do so we went to the mall to try to score some cheap and free things! I was able to print more than one VS coupon for the free item so i got 2 Lotions [they def. dont compare to the tote bags i got!] At Target i got B a Winnie the Pooh sun hat for $3.xx At The Childrens Place i had a 15% off coupon they sent me for my birthday. I found a pair of PJs with all kinds of sports balls on them. I paid $4.xx -- they were orig. $15! At Aeropostale we tried to to get the FREE tanks [you can bring in a printed copy from the online version of Seventeen Magazine or the actual over] but our store didnt have them in yet so we had to sign a paper and they will call us when they are in! I want XS in hopes they will fit K! Other wise someone tiny will be getting them!

I printed the $5 and $3 Huggie coupons that were just put out the other day. I was wondering how or when i would use them. Im ALL stocked up with diapers prob for the rest of my life so i didnt want to use em on Diapers. So RA has a deal this week Huggie Wipes 2/$5. I went today and was able to use the $5 diaper coupon for the wipes making them FREEE! The manager rang me up and was in awe! He was very excited for me haha. I think ill use my 2 $3.00 for 2 more packs...ill just lose $1.00 casuse the coupons together are more than the sale. $3 & $5 Printables

Forgot to post my deals from last week @ KMart! Im not a big KMart fan but when there are Double Q's im there!! My Oop was $1.04 only cause i bought a Dawn soap that wanted. I had my whole trip planned out, which i did from the price book on Hot Coupon World. I was disappointed when i got there tho...half the stuff i wanted wasn't the same prices that HCW had listed! At first the cashier wasnt going to let me use the $2.00 Clean and Clear IP's i had...she called the manager over who got out the magnifying glass to read the fine print on the KMart ad to make sure it didnt say that IP's werent allowed -- even tho i knew they were!
